Pest photo requests
Photos submitted through our website are resized and stripped of location metadata before upload. We store the photo, your contact details, ZIP code and notes privately with Cloudflare for owner review. Resend sends an owner notification without the image or contact details. Photo requests are removed after 30 days. Photo review does not book service or sign you up for marketing. Read the portal privacy details.

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to schedule services, send reminders, provide quotes, and communicate about treatments. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Website inquiry sources
We use temporary browser session storage to remember how you reached our website and the page where your visit began. When you submit a quote or service request, we include the available referral source, referring domain, landing page and submission page in your GorillaDesk inquiry so we can understand which channels lead to service requests and booked work. This attribution does not include URL query strings, search terms or advertising click IDs. When referral information is unavailable, the source is recorded as unknown.
