You paid for pest control. Then you see another bug. Of course you’re going to wonder whether the treatment worked.
One sighting doesn’t tell the whole story, but it shouldn’t be brushed off either. The useful questions are what pest you’re seeing, how long it’s been since treatment, and whether activity is getting better or worse.
A few details help more than a guess
Tell us where you saw it and whether it was alive. If possible, take a photo. Note whether this is the same spot as before or a new room.
A continuing ant trail across the counter is different from one insect beside a doorway. If you’re seeing more pests, activity is spreading, or the improvement your technician described hasn’t happened, contact us.
There isn’t one deadline for every pest
Some methods take time. With ant bait, for example, workers carry the material back to the colony. Spraying around the bait can interfere with that process.
That doesn’t mean every sighting is expected or that you should wait indefinitely. Ask what was used, what progress should look like, and when to get back in touch. Don’t add products or move treatment materials without checking first.
If the instructions about cleaning or using treated areas aren’t clear, call before guessing. We’d rather answer the question.
You don’t have to wait for your next quarterly visit
Envexa365 includes callbacks for covered pests between scheduled visits. If a covered problem continues, let us know. Specialty treatments have their own follow-up arrangements, which should be explained with that service.
New to Envexa? Our quarterly plan combines help with covered pest problems and ongoing visits. Review the coverage and separately priced initial service before choosing a plan.
Already had service? Call 513-822-2692 with your service date and what you’re seeing. You don’t need to work out the cause before contacting us.
